Health
Medical. We provide access to quality health care at a reasonable cost through UnitedHealthcare and the choice of three plans: HSA Choice Plus, PPO Choice Plus or EPO Choice.

Dental. The Enterprise Holdings dental plan is offered through Delta Dental of Missouri’s nationwide program, Delta Dental Premier.

Prescription Drugs. This plan, administered by Express Scripts, offers employees a formulary drug plan with a generics preferred drug policy and a select home delivery program.

Vision. Take advantage of discounts on a variety of professional eye care services and products at thousands of locations nationwide through our voluntary program administered by EyeMed Vision Care.

Financial Security
Retirement Savings Plan. Eligible employees who participate in the Enterprise Holdings Retirement Savings Plan are provided a 401(k) account with a company match of employee deferrals up to 3% of compensation and a profit sharing account. Once enrolled, participation in the 401(k) begins on the first day of the third month of employment, and eligible employees who complete one year of continuous service, which includes 1,000 hours of service, receive a contribution to their profit sharing account.

In addition to our Retirement Savings Plan, we offer Flexible Spending Accounts, Life Insurance and Long Term Disability plans.
