One of the things I most appreciate about Enterprise Mobility is their willingness to make accommodations for people with disabilities. As a Paralympic athlete in shot put, I often travel across the country to compete. In a different company, it might be impossible to do this, but Enterprise Mobility gives me the flexibility I need to make it possible. I wouldn’t have ranked 19th in the world — and be participating in the 2020 games — if it wasn’t for me working here and Enterprise Mobility working around my schedule.

This is the one place I’ve worked that doesn’t focus on my disability. They didn’t question me about it during the interview process, and they never bring it up now. Here, I’m just an employee like everyone else. I tell people all the time that I’m not going anywhere. I love my job.
